Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
I've had some interest in deep space astrophotography and here is one of the results. This is the Andromeda Galaxy (aka M31) and it could very well be earth's closest neighbor. It's so close you can almost see it with the naked eye.
With an hour of total capture time using iTelescope's T20 wide-field telescope based in New Mexico, I shot 15 images before processing them with Astro Pixel Processor and Photoshop.
